New 'ADD NEW CARD' on Home Screen

Makes it easy to add a new Card without going into a Stack first.

Improved default Card Template Selection in Settings

We've updated the selector so you can set the default template for Front AND Back of Card, and update the range of templates. Also you can now choose one of your existing Cards (If you've flagged it as a template) as a default Card template.

Other Minor Fixes

• Fix to Canvas so when double click to create card your mouse is not hovering on the toolbar!
• Fix to text toolbar in Canvas mode to appear better
• Fix to workspace image not saving
• Add New Card in Tablet view now shows new improved Add New Card window, not the simple Quick Note Window
• Fix to multi select - when deleting cards there was problem with toolbar
• In Stack thumbnail view, we've flipped the positions of Add Canvas and Add Card to be consistent with new Home page Add Card button position
